I strongly suggest the subject of solving the storage problem be continued/started in a different thread.

I have no intention to stop all further game development to start some hardware project :P

As a note, I did not mean "push the limits" of the machine, that is already done in your games and in the demos... I meant I could concentrate on 'enhancing' the game (better if it is something never done before, as isometric or 3d games) and make use of the extra 16K and disk access (to load parts of the game or missions, like in 1337). But that is only me.

I also agree with Twilighte to stick to the subject of this thread, even with the interest we all have in a storage device.

BTW, nobody commented my suggestion about SCUMM... :(

We were waiting for the announcement that you'd completed it ;)

Its a good call. Should work very well, its a relatively simple engine, the hard part will be downscaling the graphics.

My dream is to play O-Type (tap and no dsk version cause I don't have a Oric's disk drive) on my real Oric1...... :o
