Small update for the Donkey Kong.

Compared to the previous version there are now scores and lives, the dynamic character set is working properly, timings have been tweaked (still far from perfect), the platforms are now slanted instead of horizontal, there are new sprites for the crane and kong, the crane control box now indicates the player what to do.

Fantastic addition. While playing the earlier version, I was looking for such an easter egg. This game is like a good wine, it keeps improving with time
