Image mapping : Peer review needed

The Oric video chip is not an easy beast to master, so any trick or method that allows to achieve nice visual results is welcome. Don't hesitate to comment (nicely) other people tricks and pictures :)

Hehehe I know that feeling!

Superb work!

Yesterday night I started using a homemade keyboard handling routine rather than using the ROM system one (with get() or key()).

And the first word that came to me when testing was "OUTCH !!"

It's been several hours now but I'm still shocked by what I saw .. 😳😮

It isreally getting insane.

I hope you're predicting right .. and I work hard for it :-)

I was about to release a little game that use the raycasting but I had an alpha-testing done by Dbug.
And now I have tons of things to do before I can release :-(

But the good thing is that, because I had not enough memory to implement all that Dbug suggested me, I had to get some memory back by porting the raycasting to assembly language.
I now have more memory and the raycasting engine goes even faster :-)

The raycasting engine now weights less than 20 Kb ..

It's all pushed in the develop branch of the repository ..

Now I'm preparing the official release which will come with a little demo.

Nice :D

Raycasting is especially recommanded for computer facing jetlag conditions .. So give Castoric a try :-) .
