IJK interface diagrams.

This is the right place to discuss on how to implement hardware vsync, adding a VIA or AY chipset, puting multiple roms, or how to design a new flash expansion card.

Now that I see this picture, it would almost make sense to make a variant of the IJK interface with the connector on the side instead of the center, so it does not overlays with the expansion port cable, but otherwise, looking good!

It seems tight on the picture, but this design follows the characteristics of the original IJK interface.

I don't have an Erebus, but thanks to its long enough flat cable, my Cumana Reborn can be placed on the side of my Atmos, making the "top" clear.

I seem to have a problem, but not sure why. I made Kenneth's IJK board but when i connect it to my oric some of the keys are mapped wrong ie if i press the a key i get a y on the screen instead. Retrurn i think gives me a z. Not all keys are wrong just mostly the first 2 or 3 on each row.

Are there the 4 bridges on the top of the pcb?
Maybe a chip or the diode mounted upside down?

Yes there are 4 bridges on the pcb and all components are the right way. Even tried them the wrong way in loads of potions but its still not working. Tried on 48k and 16k oric 1.

Ok i've fixed it now. I had the resistor array's the wrong way round. Havn't worked much with resistor arrays before and forgot they had to go a certain way.

Nice! :)

Maybe time to start making an IJK-patched/compatible games compilation?

Somebody commented on my joysticks video:
Saddiq khan wrote: @Dbug's stuff I made the Stingy as it worked as per the instructions. However not many games work with it. Not even the IM10 and recent homebrews. Shame. Still its easy enough to make and I hope more games will be made to take advantage instead of the keyboard controls. It should not be that hard to add this functionality.
Is there somewhere a list of patched games that worked on all IJK interfaces?

Maybe iss the one to ask. ijk egoist comes with a nice game compilation patched by himself and surely he is aware of those that supported ijk or were patched some time ago by others.
