Oric Smash
Oric Smash
Hi, I've just noticed that a corrupted tape image has been added to Oric.Org called 'Smash'. Upon checking the machine code data it seems to be the exact same game as 'Oric Smash' which was a type-in game published in 'Your Computer' Magazine. No tape image for this is available on the website so I have provided it here just in case anybody wants to add it.

Re: Oric Smash
Hello
Thanks Dave,
So some corrections have to be done :
- Smash tap should be corrected (as data isn't working propoerly), the binary file could be added to the gmae info and "Your Computer" reference added
- Oric Smash should be deleted and data file of the game added to Smash
Does anybody has the scan pages of your computer in order to add it too ?
(or the reference of the mag to be looked at, all your_computer are archived on archive.org)
Thanks Dave,

Re: Oric Smash
Just one other small detail; the magazine spelt the authors name incorrectly. He's actually called Myles Dunlop and had several games published in the magazine.
Re: Oric Smash
Yes.. One of them was Creep Castle.. I'd typed-in all pages with hundreds of hex codes for months .. Phew My eyes hurt then..
He was very talented for Oric machine coding in those days .. I wonder where he is now and if he has some other treasures with him..
