Printable 3D Keys

This is the right place to discuss on how to implement hardware vsync, adding a VIA or AY chipset, puting multiple roms, or how to design a new flash expansion card.

Printable 3D Keys

Post by Bieno »

A few days ago a friend gave me an Atmos. It has several problems.
3 defective RAM chips (already changed).
The upper case, the black part, with some of the pivots that connect it with the red one and the board, broken (it holds with the ones that remain).
The big problem I have now are the 3 missing keys.

I have found the printable file of the most usual key: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4680024

Do you know if the rest of the keys exist somewhere? I lack 3 keys and precisely 2 are RETURN and SHIFT, the medium-sized ones.

I am building an atmos replica and if anyone can measure the keys I will design the caps.
I have been playing with https://github.com/rsheldiii/KeyV2 and they look like oem style but I still need to know some measurements from the real caps.

In particular, I need to know width, height and depth (i.e. how tall they are).
It would be nice to check if the profiles are the same for all the rows, it seems to me that they are diferent but I have no real keyboard to check it.

If you can post a photo from top and side views for a set of 5 keys each one from a different row, that would be perfect. Also Shift and return because they are different from the others.
