OUM magazine scans...

Here is the place to discuss about the magazines (CEO Mag, OUM, Rhetoric, Theoric, Hebdogiciel, ... are all welcome here) and books.

Only 2 OUM issues are in my possession for the remainder of 1995, which is a bit odd, since one is December - I guess I must have ordered the December 100th issue from Dave out of curiosity when I went looking for back-issues from him in 1999. Either that, or I've lost a few along the way, don't think so though. Anyway, here are OUM issues July 1995 (Number 95) & December 1995 (Number 100).

I added the issues 95 and 100 to the file list:
http://www.defence-force.org/computing/ ... hly/files/

So basically what we are missing in the folder are:
- Numbers 11 to 45
- Numbers 96 to 99
- Numbers 113 to ... ?

- 145! Issue 145 was the last one.

Speaking of which, here it is, and a few more besides. This is the final batch of scans from me. January 1999 (Number 137), May 1999 (Number 141), June 1999 (Number 142), July/August 1999 (Numbers 143-144) and lastly, September 1999 (Number 145). Note that the final issue, Number 145 is a hefty download, coming in at around 28megs, a result of Dave, our Emperor, deciding to conclude his reign by going out with an Autumn-gold theme (should have been purple methinks!) - so mostly colour-scans!

Enjoy.

Thanks a lot omelette for this marvelous upload
I hope we'll be able to find issues missing, mainly between 110 and 140

Ditto. I'm looking forward to reading all of those issues I didn't have. It really would be great to have the complete collection though. I hope someone else comes forward and completes the work. This stuff really deserves to be preserved.

Agreed, I also kind of wish all the back issues of the CEO Mag were freely available, maybe not the last few years, but would be nice to have the older ones.

Well, if the CEO guys wouldn't take offense, I've got CEO issues, January 1992 through to September 1993. I could scan & upload them here. I just figured that most of the CEO back issues were already available.

Sorry guys, up to now, CEO board didn't allowed issues to be freely distributed and having access to them is quite easy and not expensive.

And don't spend your time. All issues are digitally available.

I don't know where they came from, but I got OUM 96 and 116.
116 is quite long, not sure when I can scan it. I'll try and do 96 today but no promise - real life is taking over.

(BTW, if the CEO ever decided to release the magazines some day, I do have one request before: please delete my physical (postal) address from the time I was treasurer. Despite I had asked to put only "CEO" as recipient's name, my real name was associated to it, and I don't want that to end up on the Internet).
