Currently doing the backup of the important data in case something goes wrong, then power down, replace the Samsung 840 EVO by the 860 EVO I bought last week.

I saw some other people impacted by the same type of thing.
Right now, 78% of connections (that includes some before the ban) are from
"Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 7.0;) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile Safari/537.36 (compatible; AspiegelBot)"
And searching for AspiedgelBot we found a bunch of links, apparently it's a bot that runs through the Huawei Cloud services:
