phpBB 2.0.20 forum upgrade

You will perhaps suffer some temporary problems if you try using the forum until I finish the upgrade. I will probably try doing that in the night so nobody will be impacted 
If there are good reasons you think to not upgrade from 2.0.19 to 2.0.20, please tell me !
