Help Needed

Two things ,When i try to download STANLEY on the ORIC.ORG site it always come up gobbly gook I.E not a proper TAP FILE. The second is there anywere you can download game instruction for games such as GREMLINS,which have much more complicated key presses,I,m thinking of photo copys of the inlays. Can anyone help ?

STANLEY from oric.org is without extension.
You can use right click and "Save link as..." and give ".tap" as extension.
Below is the file with proper extension and zipped.
