Congrats on an excellent game for the Oric! Its a real treat .. albeit maybe a bit too easy. Looking forward to the next iteration of things, and maybe what else might this engine inspire ..

Hang on 8bit-Dude, we might still have something to do here - Chema's OASIS editor for Blakes 7 would be a pretty good place to start on a graphics system for Oric .. maybe we just need to give the guru's a couple days to think it over and digest the requirements a bit more, and we might find oursel...

Hey Chema - Is this not a job for the charmap/image editor that you wrote for Blakes 7? Not that its for me to say, but it sure seems like that would be highly useful in the context of 8-bit Unity ..

Please share more 10-liners .. one thing I keep thinking when I look at these, is that they pack a lot of punch for 10 lines of code, but don't necessarily need to be 10 lines .. and can therefore probably pack a whole lot *more* punch ..

BTW I totally agree with Ibisum: a small delay with the keyboard response, but apparently a very good game anyway :) I might be off-base, and I rely on the pros' to remind me, but could this scan delay be because its slightly mis-using ROM routines, like, parsing for a char rather than XOR the keyb...
