You may want to check the main signals in the CPU. A stuck IRQ or RESET, bad clock in or clock out... Just in case... Well known apart (IC8, IC20 and IC21), are there other crucial ICs I should check? As you can see in photos just the 8, 20, 21 and 24 are socketed. I was going to remove the remaining ones, but if I can start from the culprit one it would be great.
