I was not in computer science by the time of the Oric .. So I don't really know what it is to load a tape on a computer.

This kind of video make me live this testimony of the past and makes me to figure out how it was (even thought it looks more performant than it used to be).

Rx-int should be included in your Ohms Law equation :) but we don't know their value(s). Actually they can be even not linear (i.e. U/R ratio can be parabola for instance :) ). The Ohms Law in my equation was just here to help me approx the value you had measured with what's specified in the datash...

The actual behavior of the chip on the Oric had not been measured, and for that you need to consider the AY chip but also the LM amplifier, because ultimately that impacts the way the sound behave. First, the formula you gave was : (V1 + V2 + V3) / 3. But the actual measured levels on an Oric (as given earlier in this thread : 0.917, 1.30, 1.58) rather suggest it is : SQR (V1² + V2² + V3²).
