Ram Component

Hi, i've an atmos 48k / oric with some troubles with the chip ram.
So i'm searching to replace them.

Is the reference 4164-15 correct for this job.

Yes, the reference is correct.
But let me share my experience. This is my current RAM array:

As you can see I have 2x4564 + 6x8164 chips from 2 different manufacturers (I don't recall why I replaced the 2 chips) and everything works like charm.
One day I decided to replace them with new 8 chips from one manufacturer - just for better look :).
I buy 8x4164 new Matshushita chips:

and install them carefully, power-on and all seems to work, but the surprise begin when I connect the microdisk - no start at-all.
I changed with the old chips - and all works again.

So, the best practice is to try first then buy :).

So yes I confirm the spare DRAM I have, have this reference :)
