ROM disassembly

Post by Xeron »

Hi

Is there a commented disassembly of the Oric Atmos (or Oric-1) ROM available online? Or do I have to try and find a copy of the Advanced User Guide?

Cheers,
Pete

Hi Pete,

I've got a commented disassembly of the Oric Atmos ROM as a Word document and a PDF file. I scanned it from my copy of the Advanced User Guide.

If you let me know your email address I can send them to you.

I guess I could host the file on the server, instead of having everybody asking for it my mail :)

Just send it to me, I will host it.

Hi Dbug,

Certainly would be better if you could host the file for me.

Where do I send the files to to be upload?

Cheers

The 1.1 rom disassembly is now available on the site here: http://www.defence-force.org/ftp/oric/documentation/

Available as PDF and Word documents thanks to Scott.

Following on from this, has anyone managed to find a commented disassembly of the Oric-1 ROM?

Would be very useful to go along with the Atmos one that we already have.

To make things easier, the Atmos ROM disassembly document is now available in the Oric library (classified as "manual" instead of "book"):
