And the CEO ?

In this forum you can write about anything that does not fit in other forums.
This includes generic Oric talkings and things that are totaly unrelated but want to share with people here :)

hmmm, not sure. The last message i got from him said (and i quote) "I still have to find a way to attend the CEO meeting on the 4th, not sure
yet..." :?

He is under a little pressure since he kindly replaced the HD in my Mininote PC and had planned to pass it back on 4th :P

In my opinion, we need to really encourage and contribute to the effort to have these Oric-fan meetings!

The Oric lives on! It may only be an esoteric, hobbyist computer, but in fact it has a sufficiently interesting, and simple, library of applications that there is really no need to abandon the platform.

Imagine, we make a pocket Oric that has an onboard disc controller (micro-SD) and fits on your wrist as a watch! This is perfectly feasible. And, why not?

That was a very pleasant meeting (although a little bit sweaty !).
Once again, we've seen amazing things from Twilighte !
I'll let him explain more if he wants :)

Hi there !
Since the website for Alchimie 2k9 is now open, I'd reiterate my proposition, would it be possible to arrange for a meeting during the Alchimie ?
We already have people from Silicium who brought a Telestrat last year and should be here again.
We have a separate room to hold conferences where we can hold a talk quietly, and we could also reserve some tables.
The Alchimie registration cost covers the lunch and dinner btw...

Hopefully someday I'll get to Paris at the right time but for now I'd like to get you all in Tain l'Hermitage for once :)

I definately fancy Southern France in November (avoiding hayfever!) but not sure if i can get time off and whether i can afford it.
I wonder if Eupho(FF) is interested in attending?
