Cumulus Preorder Thread

If I understand correctly, you have a lot of atmos and you give (sell?) some, can you tell me if one of them have an atmos 48K with a 16K layout (only 2 DRAM chip) ?

I have a few but none are 16K layout. I have one 16K board that is not working at present that I'd like to get working. And I have my working 16K Oric-1, my first Oric.
The Atmoses pictured are just keyboard and cases. I do have a lot of motherboards but they have the main chips missing and have sockets fitted to several chips - it's often not easy to get them working - or I just don't have enough chips. I did buy a few ULAs off Ebay but haven't been able to get in the Oric room. So I've the largest collection of dead Orics. There's a load of stuff I need to clear out. Anyone got a van?

Any chance you could measure the phi2 and data bus signals with an oscilloscope?

We can also check the 6502 type that failing Orics are using against those who work with Cumulus....

Just as an update to those checking the status of the preorder queue. I received a PM from Metadata today telling me that my Cumulus is now shipped. At time of writing I am number 7 on the list.

- Tell me if you have received your Cumulus so I can remove you from the top of the list
- Stop posting images or diagnostic/problems questions in this thread and instead do it in the Cumulus issues thread.

My Oric Atmos has currently some problems but tomorrow I will bring it to Fabrice "Euphoric" Francès who will hopefully repair it.

Mine arrived in the mail today (Delivered from Germany to US in only 7 days!) …. pleased to say that it worked first time straight out of the box!

I'm using a 9V 1.5A power supply w/ Lexar Platinum II 4GB SDHC 100x Class 6 card.

Yes, that's the idea.

That being said, I'm not quite sure who's been sent and who received theirs.
I'm updating the list with the informations I got, and on the last news the status was the following:

- Peacer and OxMikeinMI received them
- Steve M was waiting for his
- StarshipUK was not answering messages

Not sure about the status for fandenivoldsk, Marq and bloguidice
