And the old site/new site should be working enough.
I decided to go for an horrible kludge -> any attempt at going to defence-force.org/index.HTM will fail on the 404 error page which is now a redirect to the index.PHP page.

Re: The Hunt For Broken Stuff
Games are fixed, that was a wrong CSS. oric30years has always been with the white/red style, so I think it's fine. The big one if the 'http://www.defence-force.org/index?page=games Doesn't seem to list any games.', it's because I do have both an index.htm and index.php, guess I should have both page...

The Hunt For Broken Stuff
So, there we are, all the stuff has been transfered from the various servers and hosting companies to one single place with a consistent and easy to maintain structure (for me). Now I need you: - please go to all the defence-force related pages/sites/services you have been using, and make sure that ...

Re: Major Defence-force structural update
Ok, so I did the final DNS changes, normally now NOTHING should be loaded from Yahoo! anymore, which means I need now to track what got broken or not setup. An obvious thing is that it's not pointing to the new (unfinished) www.defence-force.org, I'll have to reset the old site so the old links stil...

Re: Major Defence-force structural update
If you need any help please ask. And again thank you for everything you do for the Oric community. There's one thing you may know how to do: I asked to the new registrar support how to setup the DNS to have everything point to my home server (through DNSMADEEASY to handle dynamic dns), except the m...

Re: Major Defence-force structural update
The transfer to the new registrar has been done, but apparently the subdomain redirects from yahoo are a giant mess, there are more than 40 subdomains, mx1/2/3/4, mail, blog, backup, admin, bla bla bla bla, and they all still point to the old server, but apparently that broke. Looks like I'm going t...

Not that I know of.
There are also many issues like the different locations for interrupt vectors and other system variables.

Re: Major Defence-force structural update
Here goes nothing: You have confirmed the transfer of defence-force.org. If everything goes well, the domain will be transferred in 5 days. If everything goes right, you should not see any difference. If on the other hand I have kind of made my subdomain redirects incorrectly, this forum may stop wo...

Thanks Peacer, there you go:
This last one will work when I'm done with my registrar switch:

Re: RECOIL - graphics viewer for PC/Android/web
No, there are no consistent extensions for any files. Apparently Spider used HRS, myself I used HIR, but you can find them as TAP and COM as well. I don't think there's any rule either for the TEXT screen dumps. The charts are not really relevant for you, they only show the final result of showing t...

Well, if somebody can get the full Twilight archive, I'm ok to host that on a subdomain in defence force, if only as a miror.

Re: Oric related links of interest
If oric.org is still there, it probably means that the subdomain is still there as well, I guess it's some broken/missing redirect.

Regarding the problems with 3D printing, I just discovered that: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ti ... 3d-printer
180 euros, including 1kg of printing filaments, not counting the shipping.
Looks like 3D printing may actually be coming to everybody soon

Re: OSDK 1.5
I added the two issues to the issue tracker: http://osdk.defence-force.org/index?page=issues I should probably add some documentation pages for Old2Mfm and Tap2Dsk, and I was thinking that possibly I should just remove WriteDsk from the OSDK, most people don't need it, and the ones who need it proba...
