What is the correct command to check out the source of osdk?
I tried with

Code: Select all

svn co http://miniserve.defence-force.org/svn/public/pc/tools/osdk main
but that got me the binaries and all the old versions too.

Interesting. I see that it is available via svn. How do I check out / get a copy of the source?
(No, I'm not very familiar with svn).

Interesting. it seems like the DS1230 from Maxim is pin compatible with the 28256 devices. The DS1230 is a static ram device, with battery.

EEPROM (or flash) replacement for Oric-1 ROM?

The ROM chip in my Oric-1 is a 23128 (a PROM, actually). I can replace it with a 27128 EPROM (why? to run an updated version of the ROM of course). But before I do that - are there any EEPROM (or even flash) chips available that are pin- and voltage compatible with the 27128 / 23128? EEPROM chips ar...

I'm in Austria so it shouldn't be too hard to ship to Norway. Cool. Now if the shipping cost is acceptable.... :-) I haven't actually received this shipment yet - hopefully it will be here this week .. but 4 Atmos' is too many for me, for sure! I want to keep one for spare and see what can be done ...

Location?

Where will these machines be located? Ie, where are you located?
I think shipping to Norway will be expensive.

Hello, how is progress with this project?

I have just got an Altera DE1 board, and would love to test / play with Oric in an FPGA, if something is available for testing.

take the signal feeding the modulator and amplify it. i think there was more talk about this here before. Well, I couldn't find it. I am looking for drawings, schematics, building instructions or a how-to on how to create a video output for my Oric-1. (Yes, my electronics knowledge is a bit... old,...

Yes, that is what I am looking for.
Do you have a drawing of your solution somewhere?

Super Oric?

I read (in another form / thread) about the "Super Oric".
Is there a description of the "Super Oric" somewhere?
Preferably in english, as I don't read french at all (that's just the way it is).
