The approach I took was to make something "demo-ish" that could eventually be made into a game, assuming I've time.

I'm probably not going to have the time to make it a game, but I'll release the demoish thing :)

Hi, I just did the upgrade from Ubuntu 16.04 LTS to Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS, hopefully everything is working, but there was some conflicts on apache, php and svn files, so maybe some stuff got broken. Well, if you look at the picture: - I draw only half of the lines, the other ones are totally black - The green on the side is green paper attribute - the yellow and red is just some ink attribute change - the road itself is just normal ink In the current code, the entire animation takes 19303 cycle...

Still not perfect, the code is ugly, there are bugs, still a lot of C, etc... but at least now we don't need turbo boost on the emulator :D

Have I missed something on the progress of the upgrade of Encounter , the last post was in August , has it been finished ,the graphics included improved it beyond recognition but I can't see any finished game anywhere ? Any reason why you want to use Euphoric instead of Oricutron?
Both are present in the OSDK, the default behavior is to call Oricutron mostly because it's the most practical to use on a modern machine.
