Re: Oricutron 1.0 (EDIT: Now 1.2)

Would be kind of more practical to have something that automatically saves a screenshot, with auto-numbering, maybe even using the name of the loaded tape or dsk as a base name, incrementing and saving each time you press a key :)

Blake's 7 feedback and review thread

Blake's 7 feedback and review thread I've set this thread as "sticky" so it will stay on the top of the list, and will put the links on the reviews and other external resources of interest. We are currently setting up the webpage for the game, all the feedback about the game should come here :) One ...

Re: TrackOric - android "something" for Oric

Regarding the implementation, the big question are: - Can you make it small, like very very small - Can you make it so it does not use a lot of cpu time - Can you make it so it works by only being called once a frame There was a graphic tablet on the Oric, the Graphiscop, it was quite inaccurate, bu...

Re: SVN server problems

Have you tried the root of the project, instead of digging down to Chema?

Re: Question regarding floppies

Symoon: What I told Chema is that if he limits his game to 40-something tracks, it would work fine on both 3.5" and 3" floppies.

It's what we did for our old Defence-Force demos.

SVN server problems

If for some reason your SVN update gets stuck, check that you are not using the old URL.

So if you have:
http://miniserve.getmyip.com/svn
replace it by:
http://miniserve.defence-force.org/svn

(In Tortoise you can access the option by selecting "Relocate")

Re: Question regarding floppies

I had three microdisc units, one was singled sided (had to swap floppies), the two others (including a Telestrat one) were double sided.

Your improved bus board is compatible with the original Cumulus built by Retromaster and Metadata?

Re: Development of Blake's 7 (was OASIS development)

I was thinking of come thing along that line, Symoon. You give the parameters and run a tool which reads/writes. In fact, if you don't know the format and being quite ignorant about these thing, isn't it possible to simply do something such as : - start with track 0 and read sectors until, the opera...
