I liked it
I know it's only 8 colors but it looks like more. What tool was used for the Music?

Re: Cumulus replacement ?
I was wondering wether metadata would have the motivation to build any more cumulus's (cumuli?) it looked like hard work assembling them all by hand, testing them etc. So I'm not surprised we have "lost" him and I am grateful for the work he has done. It would be nice to have them mass pro...

Re: HNEFATAFL ONLINE
Latest version of the disk build which fixes the "hanging" issue. Thanks to ISS for finding the fix. I've tested the tape version playing against the disk version and it all seems to work OK. (oricutron Rev 634) There are no other changes just yet. In the real world, there are several vari...

Re: Oricutron with serial port emulation
Yup, QUIT works. I'd just started trawling through the code looking for something stupid so you've saved me some work there. Thanks. Here's what QUIT does: QUIT Resets the pointers used by the DOS, resetting the IRQ and NMI vectors. Disables the FUNCTion keys, and makes the use of "!" obli...

Re: Oricutron with serial port emulation
BTW, HNEFATAFL-ONLINE still only works with oricutron using the TAP image. I've installed latest oricutron (rev 634) and although the serial modem is ticked the DISK image still hangs. There is no difference between the images (it's been TAP2DSK'ed) so I don't know what's happening. Could there be s...

Re: Oricium feedback and review thread
Now that's cool ain't it? I bet no one thought back in 1983 that we'd still be seeing magazine game reviews in 2014! Not only that, but also games scoring 91%!dave3622 wrote:This game has been reviewed in this months 'Retro Gamer' magazine and received 91% and Sizzler status. Congrats Chema !!

Re: HNEFATAFL ONLINE
Played for first time online over internet today (me vs iss). Iss found a possible bug in Linux oricutron (screen goes black after restoring from minimized), this stalled play for a while but iss found a workround. There is a bug in the game where from the Client POV (playing as the attacker) if the...
