Re: Gamebase Oric V1.00

The world is going bad. You don't know how to live in a country ruled by someone like Recep Tayyip Erdoğan... This year is the the most depressed year I have ever lived.. We all need to try to be calm and admit that we all live in the same s**t .. So my friend, please don't give up , get a kitten, a...

Re: A little sprite-demo (textmode)

I really like the smooth and fast routine..

I wonder if we can use the code for our own games.. Does it have clashing control ? The sprites seems to able to overlap if they come together..

3" diskettes?

Fortunately, I have a still working microdisc drive. But my 3" diskettes are limited in numbers. Mostyle I achieved them from flea market as amstrad cpc disks. Also thanks to Steve Marshall, he sent me some more disks a couple of years before. Right now I have around 10-15 units of 3" diskettes. I'v...

Re: Pictoric (was: New conversion algorithm)

Excellent.. They look like 256 coloured pictures..

If only we had such pictures on Oric as demo and ads in the magazines, I am sure Oric would be one of the longest survivor amongst all 8bit computers.. Maybe today there would be O-Phones instead of ios freaks :)

Re: Pictoric (was: New conversion algorithm)

Yes, its possible to retouch the images to remove those noise pixels

But I think, re-conversion looses some "good" pixels too and result is not satisfactory as original ones..

Thank you very much for your efforts..

Just to remind you a little mistake at your website.. Its written as "parvetz 8d emulator" where the clone name must be "Pravetz" instead..

Oricalchum

Hi folks ! I was intrigued by the name of this "so called" ancient metal because of its very high level of value. I thought maybe it could be used if a nice name for an hardware or software related to Oric is needed in the future. Best regards https://www.queryonline.it/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/or...

Same thing had happened to my Oric in the past. The reason was a failed ram chip. I replaced it and it worked fine.. Maybe you could consider this..

Ahh you are sooooo amazing . I don't know how to thank you :) Maybe, someone who is out of this community would not get it, why we are spending time with gibberish numbers and letters. Only you can understand how amazing it is to see such a code running perfectly. Its something miracleous.. Of cours...
